These Terms & Conditions apply to visitors who register for, and attend events, each an “Event”, organized by XPRO EVENT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED. By submitting your registration and/or attending an Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

As a potential visitor to an Event, please read these Terms & Conditions carefully because they contain important information. By submitting your registration and/or attending an Event, you accept these terms.

Your registration, whether submitted directly by you or on your behalf, is an offer to XPRO EVENT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED to attend the Event in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. All registrations are subject to acceptance by Xpro Events, organized by XPRO EVENT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED. If your registration is received in advance of the Event, it will either:
(a) Be confirmed in writing, including by email; or
(b) If written confirmation is not sent within fourteen days of us receiving your registration, be deemed confirmed unless we notify you otherwise.

• If your registration is received only at the Event itself, it will be confirmed when Xpro Events, organized by XPRO EVENT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, permits you entry to the Event. XPRO EVENT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to refuse any registration.
• Your registration is issued for your personal use only. You may not sell or transfer your registration to any other person.
• XPRO EVENT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right, at any time, to change the format, content, location, venue, opening hours, duration, dates, timings, participants, or any other aspect of the Event, without liability. XPRO EVENT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED also reserves the right to withdraw any registration after confirmation without liability.
• Except where expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions or otherwise advised as part of the particular Event registration process:
  (a) your registration for the Event is irrevocable, and you have no right to cancel your registration; and
  (b) any registration fees you have paid will not be refunded for any reason.
• XPRO EVENT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right, without liability, to refuse admission to, or to eject or block from, the Event, any person at its absolute discretion, including any person who fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions or who, in the opinion of XPRO EVENT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, represents a security risk, nuisance, or annoyance to the running of the Event.
• You agree to comply with all reasonable instructions issued by XPRO EVENT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, the venue owners, security personnel, and/or management at the Event.
• The personal information you provide to XPRO EVENT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED will be held by us on a database and, where we have appropriate authorization or justification, which may include express or implied consent or legitimate interests, may be shared with other entities within the XPRO EVENT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED group and selected third parties internationally for promotional and other purposes.
• Your personal information may also be shared with government entities and regulatory authorities where required by law. At some Events, exhibitors and sponsors may use lead capture applications or barcode scanner devices. If you choose to allow your badge, whether physical or digital, to be scanned by third parties at the Event, we may pass your personal information to those third parties.
• Further, there may be certain areas of the Event where your attendance is conditional on your personal information being provided to third parties that have sponsored or are managing those areas. The use any third parties make of your personal information is outside the control of Xpro Events, organized by XPRO EVENT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept any liability in this regard.
• Xpro Events, organized by XPRO EVENT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, without notice, from time to time. You will be subject to the Terms & Conditions in force at the time the Event is staged.
